We had a wonderful stay in a spacious and modern apartment. the bed and bedding were very comfortable, and the shower was good. the apartment had fast wifi and even a washing machine and dryer, which was convenient.

Street parking was a bit challenging with the city's 2-hour limit per license plate number. parking garages were available nearby.

The room at Smartr Las Palmas was everything I could ask for - cozy, comfortable, and welcoming. The equipped kitchen was a lifesaver for when my friends and I wanted to have a late-night snack. The living room with the sofa bed was perfect for our movie nights, and the flat-screen TV made it feel like our own private cinema. The private bathroom was clean and well-stocked with free toiletries, which was a nice touch. I felt right at home in this room and it enhanced my stay in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Personally, I found the shower in the private bathroom a bit small for my liking. However, I recognize that others might not mind this and still find it perfectly functional.

The apartments are located in one of the most central neighborhoods of Las Palmas, which is perfect for exploring both the commercial area of Triana and the beach. It's like having the best of both worlds just a few minutes away.

Had an amazing Xmas stay! the apartment was spacious and comfy, with top-notch furnishings and appliances. Supermarket, cafes, and bakeries were all within a short stroll. Great location, just a 15-minute walk to the city center. Plus, there was public parking nearby, and the kitchen had fantastic appliances.

Cleaning was a bit superficial, with toothpaste stains on the toothbrush holder and oily marks on kitchen cupboard doors. Though it was February, we were lucky it wasn't too hot.

We got excellent value for our money - the room was clean, well-equipped, and quiet. The location was great, with easy access to the city center and the beach. The staff at Smartr were attentive and helpful, especially Isobel who checked us in.
